LA Fire Relief Fundraiser - BROOKLINE

Join us for a creative and impactful fundraiser to support those affected by the recent fires in Los Angeles, CA. Participants will have the opportunity to make either a machine-sewn or hand-sewn pillow. 

This hands-on event will not only allow you to express your creativity but also contribute to a meaningful cause. All materials will be provided, and no prior sewing experience is necessary. Together, we'll craft beautiful pillows that symbolize our love and support for the LA community. 

This event is a 'Pay What you Can' event, please select your donation amount below. All proceeds will go directly to the LAUSD Education Emergency Relief Fund. Let's sew together for a brighter tomorrow.  

The LAUSD Education Emergency Relief Fund is providing immediate assistance to families and Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) employees affected by the devastating fires. The fund will offer direct cash assistance and support to families and employees affected by the fires; support teachers and in-class resources for students at impacted schools, ensuring continuity of learning to the greatest extent possible; provide flexible assistance for mental health support; and offer support for other immediate and long-term needs for students, families and teachers.
